Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
Jeffcom offers excellent insurance plans which are available to our first responders as well as eligible family members. Jeffcom contributes 85% towards premiums to these plans to keep employee costs low.
Life insurance benefits equate to 2x an employee’s salary, up to $200,000.
Paid Time Off and Holidays
All full-time staff receive 100 hours of holiday per year. After one year of service, employees earn 120 hours of paid time off per year and 192 hours of paid time off per year after 10 years of service.

Tuition Assistance and Annual Wellness Allowance
To encourage full-time employees to actively seek opportunities to continue their education and career development, team members are eligible to receive up to $4,000 a year for higher and continuing education.
Employees are also eligible to receive up to $225 a year as a wellness allowance. This allowance encourages full-time employees to actively participate in activities and programs which promote a healthier, active lifestyle.
Employee Assistance Program and Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness
Jeffcom provides employees with access to the Triad Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offering employees, spouses, and dependents access to six counseling sessions per year, per incident. The EAP provides solutions whether you are facing challenging life problems or want to take your personal or professional life to the next level.
